In accordance with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/MRD1/DTCS/CIR/P/2021/33 dated 22-March-2022. the Recovery Time
Objective (RTO) the maximum time taken to restore operations of 'Critical Systems' from Data Recovery
Site (DRS) after declaration of Disaster- shall be 45 minutes, and the Recovery Point Objective (RPO) -
the maximum tolerable period for which data might be lost due to a major incident- shall be 15 minutes.
